There were a few disappointments. the property we stayed in didn't have bathrobes and the welcome pack could have been better.

We had a truly relaxing weekend at this charming mill refurb. The location was peaceful and secluded, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our cottage was well-decorated and fully equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen and cozy amenities. The hot tub was a delightful addition, and we loved the thoughtful touches like complimentary bath robes and a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The bed was firm and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
We did encounter a small issue with the check-in process that could have been better communicated.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside and near a charming village. the peacefulness of the surroundings made for a perfect romantic escape. the grounds of the hotel were well-maintained and offered a lovely outdoor seating area.
We had some difficulties finding the entrance to our lodging within the courtyard. It would be helpful if there were clearer signage or directions provided to avoid confusion in the future.
